Return Policy
As our candles are hand poured, slight imperfections and color variations may appear by nature. Please note that these minor imperfection won't, in any way, affect the quality or burning time of your candles. Please visit our FAQ for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, here at Estie Essence we do our best to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will do our very best to solve the issue.
Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within the next 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to [email protected]. In these cases we will be happy to replace the item as quickly as possible.
Estie Essence is not responsible for packages that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
Refunds
If your refund has been approved, the products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to our Philadelphia location (address provided upon contact). Upon reception of your order, you will be automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages. Please contact your shipping provider.
